Upgarde to Suite Early Check In Late check Out Super Friendly Competent Staff It's like they really want you to come back

The beach. I dont know why but the water was not very clear. But if you walk in either direction for a few meters outside their beach front, the water is very clear. Also some parts of the sand were a bit mushy.

Great room - separate sitting room and bedroom, AIRcon so room was lovely and cool on arrival. Good shower.

Beach area under development on our visit. Not huge but clear and well maintained.

The spacious common area, clean, bright lobby with lots of places to relax in.

The breakfast spread was a bit boring, catering more to locals then international guests.

The staff are awesome! Made us feel really wanted and welcomed.. special mention to THORREN at the front office, all the way to DAVE and JAN at d F&B section.. you guys made d difference! This is what clients are hoping for, one of d reasons they'll consider coming back! Kudos movenpick for having such dedicated and talented work force!

IBIZA WAS CLOSED! And if possible, try to get a bit of music at d pool area.. create a bit of happy and inviting mood down there.. at d very lease, it'll cover up the construction noise next door.. lastly, having a bidet would be awesome!

Not great for a 5 star resort.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and room was a good size. Pool area and beach are nice enough.

Beach club is currently a construction site, despite it being shown in the pictures and mentioned in the first line of the description. Noise from construction work wasn’t exactly relaxing. It also meant that there were no particularly nice areas to relax and have a drink in the evening and zero atmosphere. Food was average in the restaurants that were open and the range was limited. Upkeep on certain areas was poor (eg bathrooms near pool are rusting and have zero working locks on toilets or showers). Bathroom in room has no extractor fan or windows meaning the room feels damp even with the aircon on permanently. There is nothing near the hotel so don’t expect to walk down the road and find nice bars/restaurants. Most excursions are a 3h drive away. Other 5 star hotels in the area offer significantly better experiences and facilities.

Very relaxing, the staff absolutely spoiled us and couldn't do any more to make our stay more comfy.

We loved the apartment, the buffet breakfast was outstanding. so much variety and very tasty as well as beautifully presented. The staff were all incredible. Friendliest people on the planet. The gym was also incredible, treadmills and equipment was excellent. The beach front was also lovely.

the weather, unfortunately we couldn't control that. very windy. The hotel was also very quiet. Not many guests or other kids for our own kids to play with or us to socialise with. would be great if you travelled with other families as had place to yourself but we would have liked some more guests there.

The pool view at night is amazing. Clean, beautiful, private beach. Super clear sea water, you can see fishes swimming in the water from Ibiza even at night. Free tea time and light snacks were provided every day when we there. Ibiza and hotel staff are courteous and friendly.

The room interior is dated and needs refurbishment. Views from my room isn't spectacular as there's a jetty just next to the beach. The tour and spa have cheaper alternatives just few meters walk from the hotel. Ibiza provides great live performance shows at night, but the shows end very early.

- I would like to thank Front Desk's Ms. Aida and Team (Ms.Valerie and Zen) for accommodating my request to be transferred to a room with peninsula view on a higher floor and for the birthday cake. - The bed and pillows were comfortable. - Ibiza, of course!

- Considering the 5 Star status of the hotel, they do not have FREE airport pick-up / transfers. - Beach is adjacent to a Banca Port (Hilton Port) =( - Bancas that pick-up tourists who are diving bound are also docked on the right side of the beach =(

The pool was incredible, the beach was better than neighboring resorts, the inside the hotel restaurant had great buffets and the restaurant over the water had good entertainment. I would highly recommend staying here for families or couples.

All the staff were nice and up to speed with the service. The private beach was small, but compared to other hotels in the area (I stayed at 2 other hotels while I was in Cebu), I think it was cleaner, with less seaweeds floating. I think it was well taken care of. We enjoyed spending time at the beach. Though I wish there were more varieties in marine activities they offered!

The food was okay. They were not bad at all, but does not go beyond expectation either.

Close to the massage shop right in front of the resort. They were quite good and easy to go there. Food was cheap to order in the beach

Everything was too slow, they had a problem about lack of staff. Just to return my key, I had to wait over 30 minutes and there were not enough waitress to take my order in the beach. If you guys have more activities schedule, that might be better. However, it was value for money :)

Free upgrade was given to us when we stay here from deluxe room to a suite. We've got a discount from P1,200 to P950, thankful though it's still pricey for a breakfast. The bed was so comfortable and nice. The staff keeps on asking how's our stay or if we are enjoying the venue/place.

A free shuttle service from/going to the airport could make anyone's stay perfect at Movenpick Hotel. Erratic wi-fi connection but tolerable.

Property is very modern and clean. Room is spacious and modern. Consistent WiFi. Gorgeous pool and lots of beach chairs. Multiple food options.

Overpriced. The beach is tiny and not very clean, especially during low tide. It is extremely crowded and packed with tourists. Food is very expensive.
